Refund & Return Policy

At CreatingLeatherGoods, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality leather products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Made-to-order or customized products

However, in special cases for made-to-order items, a maximum of 70% refund may be approved at our discretion.

3. Return Shipping Charges (Pakistan)

For returns within Pakistan:

  • Small Products: PKR 250 will be deducted as delivery charges
  • Large Products: PKR 600 will be deducted as delivery charges

These charges apply if the returned product has no defect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Contact us immediately at admin@creatingleathergoods.com or whatsapp at 03116508712 with photos and details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product:

  • You may exchange it for the same or another product
  • Customers are responsible for all delivery charges (return + new delivery)

7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

8. Condition of Returned Items

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value and the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order on our website or in-store, you automatically agree to our refund, return and exchange policies.
